Parks & Run: Shenley Wood

Join us for our next Parks & Run at the beautiful Shenley Wood on Sunday, 7th September at 10am.

Returning after the summer break, Parks & Run is a fantastic way to explore the ancient woodlands of Milton Keynes, improve your physical and mental health, and connect with other like-minded runners. Each event offers short, medium, and long-distance route options, so there's something for everyone. Our friendly volunteer leaders will give a pre-run briefing and check you in once you finish.
