From April 2025, Milton Keynes Arts Centre’s programme goes on the road and we are inviting parishes in Milton Keynes to host a series of three 90-minute artist-led creative activities! Next stop: Shenley Church End Parish.
Calling all residents within the Shenley Church End Parish!
Join the artist, Artist Alice Boland-Rhodes, for an introduction to lino-cutting and printing onto fabric. Participants will be guided step by step through the process of designing and carving their own unique stamps, then transferring these designs onto fabric using specialist inks. Within 90 minutes, each participant will be able to transform their ideas into a beautiful fabric print to take away with them.
**Please Note, this session is for residents of Shenley Church End Parish only, which comprises the areas Crownhill, Grange Farm, Medbourne, Oakhill, Oxley Park, Shenley Church End and Shenley Wood.
**Please be advised, the session will involve participants using cutting blades. A reasonable level of manual dexterity is required.
