Mental Health First Aid Course

This in-person Mental Health First Aid course is run by Dr A.J. Yates and qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider. This course is ideal for individuals who would like to become an MHFAider® to gain the knowledge and skills to spot signs of people experiencing poor mental health, be confident to start a conversation and signpost a person to appropriate support.

Cost includes the course, all materials, all refreshments (including lunch) for the two days, certification, and three years' membership with White Dog (quarterly updates, loyalty discounts, and exclusive content on different aspects of physical and mental health), as well as being eligible to join MHFA England's Association of Mental Health First Aiders.
