The shortcuts. The secrets. The cool stuff. We want to take you from “I know my basics, now what?!” to “Holly Cow! I didn’t know it can feel this awesome!” (Also “Damn, I look good!” 😆)
So… You know your basics. But now you are ready for more just not sure what will work fast (because same as Aggie you are super impatient to see results 😆)
This 3 hour focused intensive is designed for dancers who are comfortable with foundations and ready to refine and fast-track their progress.
We will be sharing all the cool stuff we genuinely wish someone had told us way earlier.
We will cover:
⭐️ The small technique tweaks that instantly improve your connection
⭐️ Smart shortcuts that cut out the overthinking (yes, really)
⭐️ How to look confident even when you’re still firmly believe you have zero clue
⭐️ Social dance skills to boost your confidence and add fun (yes, I know crazy idea that dancing should be fun too 🤣)
⭐️ Competition skills that improve your dancing at any level
⭐️ Solo drills you’ll actually be able to sneak in even if you “don’t have time to practice”
Heads up though, no flashy crazy complicated moves planned (since they rarely work anyway 🤷🏼♀️), but we have some pretty cool things planned too, not to worry 😉
We will help you focus on clarity, efficiency and understanding WHY things work (and why they sometimes spectacularly don’t) so you improve faster and skip the mistakes people make the long way round. We are nice like that 😆

This 2 hour guided practice session is your bridge between the two. Semi-structured, focused time to actually drill what you’ve been learning, including when the pressure is on.
We’ll help you:
✨ Pick the right drills and get feedback on YOUR specific areas
✨ Run competition style and spotlight rounds so performing starts to feel normal (not terrifying)
✨ Work through nerves and get some practical mindset tools that actually help
✨ Build a game plan so you’re not just hoping for the best on competition day 🤷♀️
