Join us for her signature 75-minute pure restorative yoga class on Friday night.

Restorative yoga is a healing practice that helps you transition from the daily stress of life. We often get stuck operating in the sympathetic nervous system (fight/fight) and this style of yoga helps us to move towards the restful parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest).
With the help of props, the ground underneath us, and Aoife’s guidance, you will have an opportunity to find deep rest and relaxation. Come rest your body, quieten the breath and relax in just being.
