FEA are inviting light equipment and tableware distrubutors to join us at the FEA Light Equipment and Tableware Forum 2026 on 19th and 20th May.

The LET Forum is free for distributor companies to attend and presents a great opportunity for new and existing team members to build supplier network relationships and get hands on with sector innovations.

A distributor ticket includes:

• One and a half days LET Forum access, where you will meet supplier companies and experience the latest in light equipment and tableware innovations
• Refreshments and lunch on day one
• Networking and awards dinner + drink tokens

Split across a day and a half, leading supplier companies will showcase their latest innovations and design concepts through demonstrations and hands on sessions. Delegates will experience product showcases from many supplier companies.

Distributors in attendance can expect to:

• learn about the latest gadgets, trends, and innovations in the foodservice light equipment market
• experience the shape, feel, and performance of latest products in the sector
• enhance product knowledge to support sales development
• network with industry peers in an informal and buzzy environment during the LET sessions and social events

The Forum also includes an awards dinner on the Tuesday night which sees the presentation of the Sales Professional of the Year, the Distributor of the Year Award: Independant, the Distributor of the Year Award: Group, and the Donald Bird Award.

Terms and conditions: The Forum is an excellent sales training opportunity for Distributor teams to attend at no cost. By booking you are committing to attend both days, including the networking dinner and overnight accommodation. Cancellations cannot be accepted after the 5th of May, however, substitutions can be made.

If you do not attend, or cancel your booking within two weeks of the event, the cost will be recharged to you at £250.00 plus VAT.
