Capturing Sydney’s Icons with G Gunawan

Join Nikon School Lecturer and professional photographer G Gunawan for a photo walk featuring Sydney’s iconic landscape. You will start the session at Lavender Bay to capture the renowned line-up of Luna Park, the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House and conclude the walk under the bridge in Kirribilli. During this photo walk, you will learn the basics of shooting in manual mode, composition techniques, angles, as well as adapting to your environment. In addition, you will hear G’s personal tips & tricks he has acquired over the years and receive feedback on shots captured.

• A mirrorless or DSLR camera
• A tripod
• A fully charged battery (spare battery recommended)
• Wide angle lens, focal length equivalent to 14-35mm on FX body
• If available, telephoto/zoom lens, equivalent up to 200mm on FX body
• Comfortable walking shoes and comfortable clothing
