4-Week Zen Meditation Workshop

If so, our class can help you

• Relieve stress, improve sleep quality
• Train your focus, find clarity of mind
• Discover inner joy and peace

To help cover the ongoing rental and maintenance costs of our center, we kindly ask participants to contribute $60 for access to all four workshop sessions (You are welcome to check us out first and try a session for free! Simply register for the session you wish to attend and stop by). If you miss sessions from this workshop, you're welcome to attend the same sessions in the next workshop at no additional cost. We are an IRS-approved non-profit organization. Enrollees will receive a donation receipt for the class fee.
