Milngavie Library Talks: Learning How to Winter Well!

Researchers Hester and Hayden will talk about what happens when people experience seasonal affective disorder (SAD) and the kinds of things we can do to being more light into our lives during the darker times of the year. They will introduce the groundbreaking Wintering Well boxes which are helping put East Dumbartonshire libraries on the map, striking up interest in other parts of the country, and recently featured on a new BBC radio series.
