We are nearly at the end of September and nearing our autumnal reset:


� Group Reiki Session
� Sunday 12th October, 4-5pm
� Kessington Hall, Bearsden
� £10 per person – includes a crystal to take home

A chance to pause, relax and recharge in time for the week ahead. Group Reiki is supportive and restorative – perfect as a top-up if you’ve had Reiki before, and a great way to experience it for the first time.
