Reptile Awareness Full Moon Hike
Step into the magic of Intaka Island under the glow of the full moon and celebrate Reptile Awareness Day in one of Cape Town’s most enchanting settings.
As twilight falls, join our guided moonlit hike through the wetlands and along winding trails, where we’ll shine a light on the fascinating reptiles that share our ecosystem. From shy geckos to the beautifully camouflaged Cape Dwarf Chameleon. You’ll also discover how Intaka’s trees and vegetation create a safe haven for these incredible creatures, as well as for our many birds and other wildlife.
