Sponsored Walk

I am doing a sponsored walk round the village

The aim is to promote my
Monthly Village Wellbeing Walks but also to raise money that I will be giving to two worth while cause
1. Alexander House CIC
A new venue in our village to provide event and help for people who are over 55 years.

2. The Cumbria Deaf Association an association that is close to my heart being deaf myself and from a Deaf family.

I am hoping some people will do a lap with me or come out and cheer me on, as well as sharing this page with friends and family and donate to our page.

The route will be from my house up Chapel Lane along Main Street and down Church Lane turning back up Chapel to my house, approximately 0.5 miles - 1.600 steps taking 15 minutes.

My aim is to walk
20 circuit, equaling 10 miles (16 Km)
Approximately 32,000 steps with four 15 minute breaks it will take me around 5 hours
