Step into sacred space with Nikki Davis- where gentle movement, breath, awareness and focused intention unite to restore balance, melt stress, and ignite your inner glow.
Qigong (meaning "energy work") is a form of Classical Chinese Medicine, a Shamanic tradition used for physical and spiritual cultivation, and a form of Kung Fu.
This weekly class will invite you to tune into the flow of your life force energy so you can move through each day with more ease, clarity, and resilience.
In this class you will:
* Ease tension in your body and mind
* Boost immunity through conscious movement and breath-work
* Learn to anchor awareness allowing you to feel more grounded throughout your week
* Tune into the rhythms of nature, unlocking deeper calm and sustained energy
Each class will conclude with her renowned tea ceremony. 🤍
Classes will be offered every Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM beginning on January 7th. Class will be held at Bloom studio.
Wear comfortable/stretchy clothing, socks and bring a water bottle. (Mats are not needed)
This introductory class is for all fitness levels. No experience is necessary.

To Register: Text "Qigong Class" to 443-254-2667. Include the date you would like to attend (January sessions will be offered on 1/7, 1/14, and 1/21 at 6:30PM) as well as your name (if you are registering for more than one space, include amount of spaces requested and the names of everyone attending). Once confirmed, you will have the opportunity to pay via Venmo or Zelle.
