In this class, you’ll learn:
What meditation really is (and what it isn’t).
How to work with busy thoughts and restlessness.
Grounding practices that support nervous system regulation.
Simple breathing, body awareness, and mindfulness practices that you can use anytime, anywhere.
Short, realistic daily meditation practice adaptation.
The class will finish with a light breath work and mindfulness meditation.
Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refresh the basics.

At the conclusion of class, hot cocoa will be provided and we will open the room for conversation- giving everyone an opportunity to get questions answered and receive personal guidance.
