Midway Hills Academy celebrates its Leaders of the Month, September recipients, on October 3, 2025.
Midway Hills Academy is a Leader in Me School.
The Leader in Me program is a model and process that helps elementary schools address students' challenges during their formative years. The program teaches students seven habits, including:
· Being responsible
· Showing initiative
· Being creative
· Setting and meeting goals
· Getting along with people of different backgrounds and cultures.
21st-century economy. Its principles are based on The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and The 4 Disciplines of Execution.
The Leader in Me is a journey.
Students and staff at Midway Hills Academy believe that everyone is a leader, that everyone has genius, that change starts within, and that educators empower students to lead their own learning.
