What to expect?

During the 1-hour Kundalini Activation (KA) session participants will lie comfortably on a yoga mat allowing our bodies and minds to deeply relaxed. STAY CURIOUS. We have curated high vibrational music to play in the background to enhance your experience and facilitate the pranic life force energy to flow freely throughout the body.

Each participants journey will be unique, with no predefined expectations or outcomes. As the energy moves within, spontaneous physical expressions such as yoga poses, shaking, stretching, or mudras may occur. For some, the session may be profoundly cathartic, while others may experience moments of deep insight or realization. Sensations can vary, some people only feel a light tingling, like the sesation of a limb "falling asleep", others feel pressure in different areas of the body or see lights, colors, images or patterns. Every experience is unique, every expience is valid.

The KEY is to TRUST and surrender to the process allowing the body to move as it wishes. Emotions may surface - ranging from joy to fear to sadness - and participants are encouraged to observe and release these feelings freely, whether through laughter or tears, without judgement or restraint.

There may also be moments of profound bliss, where participants feel a deep sense of connection, peace and tranquility.

Potential benefits of KA include trauma release, deep relaxation, enhanced intuition, creativity, new perspectives, stronger connection to the Higher self, emotional and mental shifts, and the awakening of latent abilities.
