Hands On: Tiramisu

About this Class:

It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, our Scuola Chef shows you how to assemble our Tiramisu. You’ll then dive right in to assembling your own Tiramisu to take home.

About this Dish: While thought to be a classic Italian dessert, Tiramisù only dates back to the 1960’s. Espresso-soaked ladyfingers are layered with sweet mascarpone cream and then dusted with cocoa powder. In this class, you’ll assemble the Tiramisù from prepared ingredients.

In this Class You Will:

• Learn about the traditions and culture of Tiramisù

• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Tiramisu

• Assemble Classic Tiramisù by hand

• Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, prosecco, and tiramisu
