Join us for a fun, relaxed sewing session where you’ll get started on creating your very own tote bag! This workshop is perfect for absolute beginners and returning stitchers who want to refresh their basic sewing skills.
During this hands-on class, you’ll learn (or review!) how to:
Operate a sewing machine with confidence
Cut and prepare fabric pieces using a simple pattern
Sew sturdy seams
Begin assembling your tote with clean, professional techniques
By the end of class, students will have their bag well underway. You'll leave with the skills, materials, and confidence to complete your tote at home, if it's not finished in class.
Fabric and thread will be provided; if you have your own sewing machine, please bring it along! Come stitch, chat, and create something personal and functional.
Ages 12 & up.
