Book Walk & Talk

Join Lori Beattie, author of Calgary’s Best Walks, for a guided 1 hour walk at the Cross Conservation Area, a 4,800-acre day-use habitat conservation area and nocturnal preserve. We’ll walk for an hour enjoying the spectacular fall colours and some of the trails that Lori’s features in her book and then Lori will take you on a visual tour of some of the 95 walks in her new 3rd edition of Calgary’s Best Walks.

Lori’s books will be for sale at the event.

This is a free event. Registration is required.
Donations to support conservation of the area are appreciated.
Attendees will not be charged a parking fee.

All ages are welcome.
