Spark Innovation: Founder & Biz Owner Mindfulness & Accountability Group

This workshop is for entrepreneurs, business owners, people looking to launch a service, or bring a new idea into fruition. Expect accountability, thoughtful prioritization and connection.

We'll begin each session with a mindful moment and check-in. We'll discuss themes including: Generating Creative Solutions, Vulnerability in Leadership, Working Through Obstacles, Digital Presence & more.

Our 4 weekly meetings will take place on Fridays from 11am - 12:15pm starting September 12th at the Lumberyard. Please arrive a couple minutes beforehand if you'd like to get a coffee or tea from nearby Flourcraft. Bring a journal, a pen, and an open mind.

Free parking is available next to the Lumberyard and across Miller Ave along the Lumberyard.

Facilitator Kyla Hilboldt is the Founder of Waveflow and has spent over a decade building & scaling teams and profitable businesses in the health & wellness industry. Kyla has led group meditation and inquiry sessions for thousands of people, including individuals, studio classes and corporate groups. Prior to founding Waveflow, Kyla helped grow the Operations and Business Development teams at SoulCycle after an early career in Investment Banking. As a Waveflow facilitator, Kyla’s intention is to create an environment where participants are encouraged to choose courage and make meaningful decisions in the direction of their heart.
