Polk County Strong is holding a Hurricane Helene First Anniversary Fundraiser to help residents of Polk County and the surrounding counties who are still struggling following the storm.
All proceeds from the fundraiser will be donated to Polk Baptist Association for their Hurricane Helene Relief Fund. The association will handle all applications for aid.
Events at the fundraiser will include:
Live music featuring Avery Roberson
Bouncy houses
Car show
Bingo
BBQ lunch
Silent auction
50/50 raffle
Basketball tournament
Jeep and motorcycle game
Fashion show
There are still vendor and food truck spots available. All businesses are welcome. Vendor and food truck spots are secured with a $50 fee, and businesses are required to register prior to the event. Sign up on the website, and a Polk County Strong team member will reach out with logistics.
