Tai Chi Easy Session

Join Cathy Rosenbaum, TCEPL practice leader, for the next six-week session of Tai Chi Easy (TM) Yang-style moves designed by Dr. Roger Jahnke, DOM. Classes are held weekly from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm at MTCC off Route 28 in Milford amid a picturesque backdrop of lush trees and foliage. Students work on balance, flexibility, relaxation, memory, slow deep breathing, and body mind spiritual healing, in a social environment.
