Kickstart your fitness journey with our Miles Bootcamp. Are you looking to lose weight? create new fitness habits? or improve your health?
Group Training Sessions are a FUN & EASY way to get your body moving. This Bootcamp is for all fitness levels. Ranging from the couch potato (Beginners or for people with zero fitness) to the Fitness Fanatic. There are always ways of modifying exercises to suit everyone, we can work around old injuries, sore knees, back pain and any other excuse you can come up with - JUST GET MOVING.
ALL AGES from 12 & up... yes Kids welcome!
Twice a week - for 4 weeks, 45minute sessions meeting at the Lutheran Hall Miles
Mondays & Wednesdays 6.00am - 6.45am
(Final session Saturday 1st November followed by breakfast)
DATES: Wednesday 8th October - Saturday 1st November 2025
COST: $120 per person (8 Sessions including a Miles Bootcamp training shirt or singlet)
EARLY BIRD PRICE: $100 - (Register & Pay by Sunday 21st September)
