Slow Roast Pig Roast at Equus Run Vineyards

Our local Chef Jeremy Ashby will prepare a Latin style slow roasted whole pig with all of the tropical and exotic fruits and condiments. Succulent meat with a variety of sauces accompanied by saffron yellow rice, cuban style black beans, elote corn salad, and cuban bread and butter. Price includes a glass of wine of your choice. Local beer, spirits and cocktails also available for additional purchase. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs or blanket. Porch Pickin' music and a yummy meal all outdoors! (must be 21 to enjoy alcohol)
