Out of Russian River Valley comes Ketcham Estate Winery. Guests will get to experience some of the best wines expertly crafted from owner and winemaker, Allie Ketcham. We are so very lucky to have Allie here on site for this engagment to co-host what is sure to be an unforgettable evening of wine and food.

Course 2: 2023 Ketcham Vineyards Viogner paired with Rabbit Saltimboca with root vegetable

Course 3: 2021Ketcham Vineyards Pinot Noir "Nicks Cuvee" with Spicy Rigatoni "Carbone Clone"

Course 4: 2021 Ketcham Vineyards Pinot Noir "Allie's Reserve" with roasted Duroc tenderloin with sumac and honey roasted acorn squash

Course 5: 2019 Ketcham Estate Cabernet Sauvingon served with American Wagyu Sliced New York Strip with local fig compote
