Free Gymnastics Class- The Old Gym Midlothian Rec Center

For 3-5 years
Beginner Tumble Class - This is a 30 minute beginner tumble class, that teaches the 5 core basics of Pre K Tumbling Front Roll, Back Roll, Power Hurdle , Cartwheel & Round off. Children are taught by a trained staff member in several tumbling techniques such as hand stands, crab walks, back arches etc, using proper form / hand and foot placement to ensure their utmost safety.
