Yin Yoga & Guided Meditation for Ghosting Stress

This gentle class blends the long, supported stretches of Yin Yoga with calming meditation to quiet the mind and restore the body. You’ll sink into poses that release tension in the deepest layers of the muscles and fascia, inviting space, softness, and stillness. Guided breathwork and meditation will help you let go of lingering stress, release the weight of what’s been following you around, and return to a sense of peace.
Yoga is lovingly taught by Amber, and the meditation is guided by Cody.
This class is truly for everyone — if you can breathe, you can do this.
Whether you’re here to unwind after a long day, ease the tension of “ghost stress” that won’t let go, or simply reset your nervous system, Yin & Zen offers a sanctuary for your body, mind, and spirit.

Yoga mats, blankets, pillows & water will be provided.
However, you are welcome to bring your own.
