Yin Yoga & Guided Meditation for Healing the Witch Wound

This gentle class blends the long, supported stretches of Yin Yoga with calming meditation to quiet the mind and restore the body. You’ll sink into poses that release tension in the deepest layers of the muscles and fascia, inviting space, softness, and stillness. Guided breathwork and meditation support you in softening fear, reclaiming your voice, and remembering the power you carry within.
Yoga is lovingly taught by Amber, and the meditation is guided by Cody.
This class is truly for everyone — if you can breathe, you can do this.
Whether you’re here to unwind after a long day, support your healing journey, or begin tending the wounds of ancestral silence and suppression, Yin & Zen offers a sanctuary for your body, mind, and spirit.

Yoga mats, blankets, pillows & water will be provided.
However, you are welcome to bring your own.
