Our next Stretch and Sip is Sunday September 7th at Quayle’s Brewery. 10:30–11:30 yoga followed by a refreshing pint.

Rain or shine event, beginners are always welcome!

If it’s a sunny day join us in front of the hops for some outdoor (hot at times) yoga. Please bring a yoga mat, limited quantities to borrow
