New Moon Yoga Flow

September’s new moon calls us inward.

Our New Moon Yoga practice will be a blend of steady postures, breathwork, and quiet pauses to reset the body and clear the mind.

We’ll move slowly, building strength and balance while creating space for fresh intentions to take root.

Think of it as a gentle ritual — a way to honor the new cycle while giving yourself time to soften and realign.

Mats will be available if you need one, but feel free to bring your own and anything else that makes you feel at ease.

Our space is all-inclusive, body positive, and beginner friendly.
Everyone is welcome, exactly as they are 🫶🏻
