Mindfulness Drawing Day Retreat

A day spent in the beautiful surroundings of the Langdon garden, 11 am - 4pm, using Mindfulness drawing activities to relax, reset and find some calm.
Being able to draw well is not required, so it's suitable for any level of drawing ability.
There are 8 places available and it costs £70 including lunch (vegan/vegetarian) or £62 if you prefer to bring your own.
