Herbert Dow's Garden Tours

Join us for a walk back in time! Visitors will meet on the porch of The Pines, the home of Herbert H. and Grace A. Dow, and partake in a guided tour through the gardens. Photographs, along with letters and journals from the archive, will shed light on how the property looked when it was the private residence of the Dow family. Please note: This tour will travel throughout the Estate Garden and will leave the paved pathways. Tour will require ample walking (approximately 1.5 miles) on uneven ground. Recommended for avid walkers. Not recommended for strollers, wagons, wheelchairs or personal mobility devices.

$5.00 for adults (+ admission). Children (0-17) and students with valid i.d. $3.00 (+ admission). Capacity is limited, and reservations are required. Participants are asked to arrive at least fifteen minutes early to allow for the walk back to the home. This is an outdoor program and subject to cancellation due to the weather.
