The Midland Police Department and Midland Parks and Recreation are teaming up once again to host Halloweenfest on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 6–8 PM.

This FREE, family-friendly event will feature:
🚗 Trunk or Treat with candy for all ages
🎲 Games and activities
🍬 Treats galore and plenty of Halloween fun

Costumes are encouraged, so grab your ghouls and goblins and join us for a spooktacular evening under the stars at Hogan Park. 👻🕸
