Calling all those who love to bake, work with a positive team, and make people smile! We are looking for upbeat individuals to join us in baking a wide variety of Crumbl desserts while providing a welcoming and professional experience to each of our guests.
Our mission at Crumbl Cookies is to bring together families & friends over a box of the best desserts in the world, and we want you to be a part of it!
Crew Member Responsibilities:
* Read and understand Crumbl recipes
* Measure and combine ingredients while using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies/desserts
* Decorating and displaying the finished product.
* Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality standards.
* Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
* Take client information and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
* Clean and restock workstations and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
* Previous food experience is preferred, but not required.
* Time management skills
* Ability to lift 50 lbs
* Excellent communication skills

No previous baking experience is required. If you already enjoy baking that's a plus! We have many shifts available from 5am to 11 pm Monday through Saturday. This allows us to accommodate many schedules as well as offer full and part-time positions.
Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm; Friday and Saturday 8:00am-11:00pm. CLOSED SUNDAYS
