Lisa Alvarado is a stand-up comedian, writer, and producer known for her stand-up performances, television appearances, and writing contributions.

Born in Chicago, Illinois to Peruvian immigrant parents, Lisa Alvarado moved to Los Angeles to pursue stand-up comedy.
She is a first-generation Latina and developed a passion for comedy at a young age.

Lisa is known as "The Latin Queen of Comedy," incorporating her life experiences, including being a single parent and growing up in a Latino family, into her act.

Lisa Alvarado has been featured on numerous television shows, including HBO Max Comedy Special, DryBar Comedy Special, NBC's “Last Comic Standing,” Nick at Nite's “Funniest Mom in America 2,” Harry Connick, Jr Talk Show, “Comics Unleashed,” and “Stand Up in Stilettos,” among others.
