Veteran's Day Appreciation Class & Fundraiser

Join us this Sunday (15 Nov 25) for a fitness fundraiser hosted by Orangetheory Fitness Middletown! ! !

This November we focus on the importance of healing and empowering our veterans by supporting one of our own and @thedebriefproject

On Saturday, November 15th join us for a fundraiser 90 minute class to support the Debrief Project • open to all members and non members with a minimum donation of $25. To sign up show proof of donation to the studio and we will happily add you to class.
