Transforming Stress into Joy with Jivan Dicovski

Our daily lives are full of stressful thoughts, emotions and beliefs about ourselves and others. Community Circle is a sharing circle.
We will create a safe container which will enable us to look and share how we feel right now.
From there we will process deeper. This will allow us to dive and see where are those feelings coming from, and how are they connected to our belief systems.
This will give us an opportunity to free ourselves from toxic stories about ourselves, which stand in our way to be fully present and truly alive.

Due to this event being a private sharing container we ask that you do not arrive more than 10 minutes late.

Jivan Dicovski is a life mentor and the owner of the “The Art of Falling Apart”.

Jivan has been facilitating Men’s and Coed circles for the last 7 years. He comes from a unique, feelings-based approach which allows his clients to look deeply into their belief system and parts which were not accessible in order to raise awareness in those areas.

The process lead by him is meant to anyone who is looking to get into a deeper relationship with themselves and be fully immersed and truly alive.
