Greet the day with Yen, a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, in a morning flow held in the quiet beauty of the early hours. This all-level practice invites you to attune to the rhythms of your nature, your breath, and your inner landscape.
Rooted in mindfulness and inspired by the stillness of Yin, this class moves gently, offering you space to open, ground, and listen. Each posture becomes a meditation in motion, guided by breath, intention, and the subtle energy of the rising sun.

A water bottle
A yoga mat (blocks and straps available to borrow)
