Sound Bath For MLK Center - By Donation Only

Are you looking for serenity before the holiday season?
Are you curious what a sound bath is?
Innerlight would like to invite you to experience the deep meditative qualities of a sound bath on a donation basis.
Our sound baths offer you an opportunity to relax with a guided meditation followed by 45 minutes of soothing sounds from gongs, singing bowls, drums, chimes and other instruments. Your only task is to get comfortable and let the sounds wash over you. Past participants have reported deep feelings of rest, relaxation, inspiration, insight and a sense of connection with others and the universe.

It is truly something to experience and our donation based event is the perfect opportunity to try it out while also offering support to our local community.
We have selected the MLK Center as our recipient and although a donation is not required, registration for the event is.
