This day will be full of fun, teamwork, and a challenging workout — designed for all fitness levels. You can push your limits or modify where needed. Nothing to be intimidated by… just motivated by!

We want to help build a better community. Although this event is completely free, we gladly accept donations to help cover staff and space — but you are NEVER obligated.

Just show up, support each other, and let’s make a difference together.
