In-Person Teacher Training for Maidens by His Design - February 2026
Did you know that many women enter marriage and even experience their first pregnancy without fully understanding their own bodies, hormones, or how they were designed to function? This is exactly why the Maidens by His Design curriculum exists—to equip the younger generation before they reach these major life milestones with a foundation of holistic health and wellness rooted in biblical womanhood.
Moms and mentors, this is where you come in. You are the ones who teach it, prioritize it, and model it. By embracing this knowledge yourself, you become a living example to the young women you love.
To support you, I’ve created a Teacher’s Guide and Student Workbook—available on Amazon or in my shop—so you can pour this vital information into them before they graduate.
This curriculum makes a real difference because:

It equips them with confidence and understanding of their own design.
It helps them become more in tune with their bodies and learn natural ways to nourish and support their health.
It gives them tools they can carry into every stage of womanhood—maternity, menopause, and beyond.
We are dedicated to educating, supporting and celebrating God's design for all cycles of women's lives. We seek to be an international, non-denominational standard for implementing resources on the three branches of womanhood: maidenhood, maternity, and menopause. Once certified, you can teach anywhere!
The course will take place:
Middletown, Virginia
February 13, 5-9pm
February 14, 10am - 5pm (Overnight lodging is available for out-of-town attendees.)
During this training, I’ll walk you through each chapter of the curriculum and teach on:
Anatomy & physiology
Historical perspectives
Tools & gear
Peer influence
Self-care & self-image
Diet, exercise, supplements, and nutrition
And so much more—including how to celebrate womanhood!
Women across the country are teaching this in churches, homeschool groups, and small community gatherings. It’s a beautiful way to create a safe, supportive space for girls to ask questions and embrace who God created them to be—designed with purpose, beauty, and a rhythm of optimal cycling.
