Harbin Yoguatics: Standing Waves : Aqua Yoga with Heather

Asanas (standing pose) in the sacred springs! The standing wave encourages softness in core strength with awakening one's kundalini energy, life-force with pranayama & intentions. If you find mat yoga difficult or easy-give this a try!
