About the event

Fresh Berries, Curds and Creams
In this 1.5 hour class, you will learn how to make curds, custards, and creams with and to accompany the fresh berries currently in season. All berries will be fresh from Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm where we use no chemicals in growing our plants. (in early June, expect strawberries and blueberries; late June expect blueberries and raspberries; in July expect blueberries and blackberries) For adults and tweens/teens with their supportive adult.
