She has a B.A. in Sociology-based Human Relations from Connecticut College and a M.A.T. from RI College. She is a trained mediator, also certified in Workplace Mediation. Tricia facilitates basic mediation training, peer mediation, generational diversity, leadership development, conflict resolution and communication training.  Stephanie P. Manzi, Ph.DStephanie P. Manzi, Ph.DInfo: Stephanie is a professor of criminal justice at Roger Williams University teaching courses in policing and criminology. She earned a Ph.D. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park. Stephanie was trained in facilitative mediation by CMCRI in 2016. She facilitates trainings in basic mediation, implicit bias, generational diversity, conflict resolution, navigating change and communication.
