Middle school and high school athletes, coaches and parents are welcome to learn how to maximize their sports performance through proper nutrition in this one-hour, free workshop presented by Core Fitness.
While there is no monetary fee to attend, we request that you donate a box of pasta and/or a jar of pasta sauce to the Backpack Crew Food Pantry.
