25-26 Youth Basketball Player Evalutions

Player evaluations for our youth will be held on Saturday October 4, 2025 and/or Sunday October 12, 2025. This will be the dates that we will be placing kids on teams

Remember you only have to attend 1 day but are welcome to attend both.

Evaluation Times:

October 4th:
10am-10:45pm (2nd grade boys & girls)
11am-12pm(3rd & 4th grade boys/girls)
12:15pm-1:15pm (5th & 6th grade boys/girls)

October 12th:
1pm-1:45pm (5th & 6th grade boys/girls)
2pm-3pm (3rd & 4th grade boys/girls)
3:15pm-4:15pm (52nd grade boys/girls)

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the evaluation with your son and/or daughter dressed and ready for play. You will check in at the registration table at the door. Middletown Rising Stars is excited for the opportunity to encourage your son and/or daughter during this upcoming season!

Reminder, all kids will be placed on a team If you’ve not registered, please ensure that you’ve done so.
