An 8-week self-defense program that's not just about physical training, but also about cultivating a strong mindset. By fostering resilience and determination, we help women tap into their inner strength and unlock their full potential. Escape Alive Survival Skills is CT's most popular women’s self-defense program. Each class begins with a light fitness workout, how and where to strike, and a different self-defense technique each week. Classes build on each other completing a well-rounded program. NO EXPERIENCE is necessary and women aged 15+ are eligible.
