Beginner Sourdough Class

Sourdough doesn’t have to be intimidating. This beginner-friendly class is designed to simplify the art of sourdough baking in a relaxed, welcoming environment. We’ll walk through the basics together. How to feed and maintain a starter, understanding fermentation, and building confidence so you can bake sourdough at home without overwhelm.

During class, you’ll get hands-on experience mixing and preparing your own loaf, ask all your questions, and learn tips for becoming a “full-time starter caretaker, part-time baker.” Or full time if that's your jam. You’ll leave with a prepared loaf ready to bake at home and your own active sourdough starter to continue your journey.

Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or have tried and felt stuck, this class is meant to feel slow, supportive, and approachable. Perfect for learning, connecting, and getting your hands a little floury.
