We’ll walk step-by-step through the beautiful process of sourdough baking, from feeding your starter to shaping your loaf. You’ll leave feeling confident, inspired, and connected to the rhythms of old-world baking in a modern, meaningful way.

Together, we’ll explore:

You’ll also go home with:

Please bring a mixing bowl that’s at least 4 quarts or larger..you’ll need it to take your dough home!
