Join us for a two-hour workshop designed to nourish both your imagination and your well-being. Instead of offering a one-size-fits-all version of self-care, this workshop invites you to design the outside of a kit you’ll fill in ways that feel meaningful and supportive to you. There will be a few items to get you started, but since each box is meant to reflect the individual, you will fill it as you find things that are meaningful to you.
During our time together, you’ll decorate a memory box using a variety of mixed-media materials, including markers, paint, stickers, washi tape, ribbon, magazines, and ephemera. Your kit will become a visual reminder of the care, rest, and nourishment you want to invite into your everyday life.
We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help you slow down and reflect on what self-care means for you. Through discussion and reflection, we’ll explore supportive self-care practices—moving beyond surface-level ideas to consider what helps you feel grounded, restored, and supported.
No art experience is necessary. This workshop is about expression, intention, and presence rather than perfection. You’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind self-care kit, new ideas for caring for yourself, and a renewed sense of permission to pause.
